My name is Scott Clark. Im a 25 yr old male fom NJ and Im trying to create a web site to make people aware of all the good music that is out there but so hard to find. I just moved in so there is nothing available yet but be patient. I am going to attempt to get links to all the sites I believe coincide with my opinions and yours. The bands listed across the page are just a select few bands and artists that best represent the kind of music that this site is all about. Feel free to email me about bands that arent mentioned. Its almost impossible to be familiar with all the great unknown bands of the world. This is will be expanded at least once a week so keep checking back for more links and more music info. Thanks for checking this out. Keep Real Music Aware and Alive

Every Week or so I will give my thoughts and opinions about the band which currently is being played most often in my stereos. In other words, bands I like the most at the time. Moon Boot Lover: This band all begins with Peter Prince. The Lead singer/guitarist has the most energy towards music that can even be harnassed. I have never seen this band live but just by hearing 6 or 7 shows on tape I can tell. You can actually hear this guy grunting when hes playing. And its not even like people who scat sing. Its almost like pleasure moans. Whatever it is that he's doing definitely brings a bolt of lightening to anything that is going on. About 4 monthes ago Moon Boot Love r had their 2nd very good keyboardist/backup vocalist leave the band. Not long before that the drummer and the 1st keyboardist left to pursue other interests. The bassist had gone to Percy Hill but has come back to join Peter Prince and new drummer. But not to worry, this band is as good as it ever was. The bassist and drummer are so locked in with each other it gives Peter amazing solo openings which he takes full advantage off. Not to mention his voice, he has a very interesting singing style that truly has motown feel to it. His ability to hit high notes while staying in key is awesome but is normal singing voice is so original. The overall feel is funky/soul and thats how he adjusts his voice. There are slow soulful grooves to fast paced funkified jams. Lately since there is no keyboards Peter has filled in some of the space with a talk box(i.e.Peter Frampton). Not to take anything away from the bassist and drummer. Like I said they are so locked in, but in addition the bassist is so in sync with Peter. He seems to have that same soul.funk feel to the way he plays even down the actual sound of his bass. A very deep "poppy" sound. The thing that impresses me most about the drummer is he's 23, only been in the band for about a year and he's right in tune with the music. His trademark is throwing little 1/2 beat pause to stop the rhythm and then push it back off again. The rest of the band seem to go right along with that feel. Overall everyone really feeds off Peter, even the crowd. If I had 1/2 his energy I could...(fill in the blank). I highly reccomend listening or going to see Moon Boot Lover. You can link to them through my link sites. Thanks for reading my thoughts. Keep Real Music Alive and Aware. sc
